
Ingredients :
- 250 g brown sugar
- 75 g butter
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 100 g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method :
- Over a slow heat melt the butter and chocolate in a sauce pan
- Whisk the sugar and eggs till mixture is pale and creamy
- Pour in the warm melted chocolate into the egg and sugar mixture
- Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in gently
- Line a 20×8 baking tray with either plain butter or butter papper greased
- Bake for 25 mins in a pre heated over at 190℃
