
Ingredients :
- 4 good size Pork Steaks
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 2 tsp Djion Mustard
- 2 tsp Wholegrain mustard
- 1/4 cup Single cream
Method :
- In a slow cooker, mix the wine and both mustards together. Dip the four steaks into it on both sides, then lay them flat.
- Cook for 4 hours on high.
- When finished cooking, take out the steaks add to a serving bowl. Then add the cream to the juice in the slow cooker and stir in. Pour over the steaks and serve
- Nice served with boiled new potatoes and peas.
