
Ingredients :
- 4 Tbsp light tahini paste
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium sized garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Cumin
- to taste Pepper
- 2-4 Tbsp water
- 400 g tin of chick peas
- Sprinkle of paprika
Method :
- First purée the tahini and lemon juice
- Then add olive oil, garlic, and seasoning and purée.
- Then add half the chickpeas and purée. Add the rest of the chickpeas and purée.
- Gradually add water while pureeing until desired consistency it achieved.
- Decant into a dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
