Ingredients :
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 3/4 C brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/3 C baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 10 oz your choice M&Ms
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs breast until combined.
- Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt until a dough is formed.
- Fold in M&Ms to distribute evenly.
- Chill dough for one hour, or overnight.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes for softer chewier cookies, or 11 minutes for a more crisp cookie.
