Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp beef or chicken bouillon (or add 1 cube to simmer)
Method :
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use approximately 3 tbsp per pound of meat (more or less to taste)
- After browning meat, add seasoning and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water to pan. Simmer until liquid is thickened.
