Ingredients :
- 4 tablespoon red wine.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoon butter.
Method :
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the red wine right after the butter melted to avoid burning the butter. Stir it properly.
- Put soy sauce when the wine boils. Stir and reduce.
- Season with salt and pepper or sugar.
