Ingredients :
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch mint
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp MSG
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Method :
- Remove the stems from the mint and cilantro and rinse well. Toss everything into a blender and mix well.
- Pour mix into an ice cube tray and cover with cellophane. Once the cubes are fully frozen you can remove them to a zip-lock bag for long-term storage.
- Take a few out at a time and thaw for whatever dish you want. We like to put it on Cuban sandwiches or use it as a side when we order Chicken Tikka Masala.
