
Ingredients :
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large egg
- to taste Salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 spring onion, chopped (optional)
Method :
- Cut the top of the tomato, then remove the inside of the tomato, make sure you don"t go through the tomate.
- Crack the egg and gently place inside the tomato.
- Add the onion, you can add it before or after the egg.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the tomato in a microwave proof dish, a small bowl is better.
- Microwave between 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes. At 1.5 minutes the egg will still be soft at the bottom. Enjoy!
