Ingredients :
- 6 LG chicken breast diced
- 2 x 500g passata
- 2 LG onions medium dice
- 2-3 LG carrots sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp hot curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
Method :
- Super easy, chop the veg, then the chicken, set aside.
- Pour passata and puree into slow cooker, add all the seasonings give a good mix to blend well.
- Add chicken and veg mix well.
- Add water, turn slow cooker onto high 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours. Stirring occasionally.
- Serve with boiled rice and enjoy
