Ingredients :
- 1 can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 onoin, diced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 plum tomato, de-seeded and diced
- 1/4 package pepperoni
- 4 Flatout flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Mix spices, 1/8 cup diced onion, diced fire-roasted tomatoes, and tomato paste in a sauce pan.
- Heat over medium until bubbly, reduce heat and simmer until thickened ~10-15 min.
- While sauce is simmering, place flatbreads on cookie sheet and bake, without toppings, for 4-5 minutes.
- Spread 1/4 of the sauce mixture on each flatbread. Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
- Add pepperoni and all veggie toppings as desired. Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella.
- Bake for ~6-8 minutes until crusts are browned and cheese it bubbly.
