Ingredients :
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 5 zucchini cubed
- 3 carrots grated or shredded
- 2 celery chopped
- small onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 16 oz sour cream
- to taste salt, pepper, itailan seasoning, provence herbs, and turmeric
- dry stuffing cubes or bread crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- Shredded asiago cheese
Method :
- Cook rice to package directions
- Pre heat oven to 350°
- While rice cooks chop all your veggies
- Combine veggies, rice, condensed soup, sour cream, and seasonings in large casserole dish
- Top with shredded cheese
- Top with stuffing or bread crumbs
- Pour melted butter on top
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Uncover and cook for 30 more minutes until bubbly and the stuffing is browned
