Ingredients :
- 3 Ripe tomatoes
- 2 tsp Sea salt (or regular salt)
- 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp EVOO (maybe more)
- 4 Fresh basil leaves, ripped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese, parmigiana or something similar. I used Grana Padano
Method :
- Slice tomatoes and lay them on a platter.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add grated cheese and fresh basil.
