Resep Post Workout Sweet Breakfast!

Ingredients :

  • 1 slice Wholemeal Brown Bread
  • 15 g Pure Set Honey
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teabag Green Tea
  • 250 ml Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Honey (for sweetening)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Method :
  1. Toast slice of bread (if preferred) and spread the pure set honey over it.
  2. Thinly slice the banana and add to the serving plate. You could also place the slice onto the toast.
  3. Boil some water and add to green tea bag. Then add honey (if sweetening needed) and Cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy a Sweet and filling Breakfast!!!
