Ingredients :
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Banana (I prefer a frozen one)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Skim or Soy milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
Method :
- Chop up strawberries and banana into small pieces.
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
- Enjoy :)
