
Ingredients :
- 4 can Tuna (in water)
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
- 4 tbsp Omega-3 Mayo Light
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- Chopped Onion
- Garlic Powder
Method :
- Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl
- Form mixture into patties
- Grill in pan on medium heat
