Ingredients :
- 4-6 russet potatoes (chopped)
- 3 slices ham
- Chives
- 1/2 cup yellow onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Water
- 3 buillion cubes
- 1/2 cup carrots
Method :
- Add everything to pot of water except chives. Cook till potatoes, and carrots are fork tender.
- Then remove bay leaves, add to blender and puree. Pour in bowls and, garnish with chives.
