Ingredients :
- 2 lb Beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 can Beef broth
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 bag broccoli florets (or 2 cups fresh broccoli)
- 2 cup White or brown rice
Method :
- Put sliced beef in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix together the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce over beef.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- After 5-6 hours, remove 1/4 cup of sauce from the crock pot and mix with the 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
- Stir sauce back into the crock pot.
- Add the broccoli, stir again, and cook for 30 more minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the rice.
- Serve beef and broccoli over rice.
