
Ingredients :
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tbsp red chile oil
- 1 habanero; minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 2 tsp dried sriracha
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
Method :
- Add habanero, rice vinegar, and coconut extract to red chile oil. Let sit for 24 hours.
- Marinade pork chops overnight.
- Do not rinse or remove oil marinade from chops. Season. Bake at 350° until pork reaches desired doneness.
- Serve with milk. Dairy will cool the flames
