Ingredients :
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 olive oil, for frying
- oregano
- kefalotiri, grated (or parmesan or pecorino)
Method :
- Slice potatoes (I used 6, you use however many you like) into 1/8 inch pieces.
- Heat oil and add potatoes in batches. Fry till golden and then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese. Eat them up!
