Recipe French Bread Stuffing

Ingredients :

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbs poultry seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten

Method :
  1. Cut French bread into cubes and place in the oven at 250 degrees to dry them out slightly (approx 20 minutes).
  2. In a skillet melt butter and add onion, celery, garlic, poultry seasoning and salt.
  3. Place dried out bread cubes in a bowl and coat evenly with melted butter etc. When cool, mix with egg and stuff your bird.
