Ingredients :
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 tbs poultry seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
Method :
- Cut French bread into cubes and place in the oven at 250 degrees to dry them out slightly (approx 20 minutes).
- In a skillet melt butter and add onion, celery, garlic, poultry seasoning and salt.
- Place dried out bread cubes in a bowl and coat evenly with melted butter etc. When cool, mix with egg and stuff your bird.
