Ingredients :
- 3 Bell peppers
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Spices of choice
- Olive oil
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 425° F
- Cut the peppers into desired slices (thicker is better)
- Lay them out on cookie tray lined with aluminum foil
- Cover peppers with desired amount of olive oil
- Put salt, black pepper, and any other spices on the peppers
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the peppers at 10 min
- If not a little browned at 20 min, you can leave them in for longer or until desired taste
