Ingredients :
- 10 thin cut pork chops
- 1 c whole grain mustard
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- 3 c panko
- canola oil
- 1 c dijon mustard
Method :
- Mix two mustards in one shallow dish. Mix panko and parm in another.
- Coat chops in mustard then panko mix.
- Fry to golden brown in oil.
