Ingredients :
- 1 2/3 lb ground sirloin
- 1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 28 oz diced tomatoes if canned drained
- 2/3 cup sliced kosher pickle
- 1 2/3 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
Method :
- Brown the ground sirloin with onions and kosher pickle slices.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup
- Add tomatoes let simmer 4 minutes add cheese. Cover and remove from heat let sit till cheese is melted.
