Ingredients :
- 500 g mince beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 sweet potato diced
- 2 courgettes diced
- Handful mushrooms roughly chopped
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 carton pasata
- 1 Tbsp mixed dry herbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 4 garlic cloves
- 150 g tagliatelle
- Handful grated cheese
Method :
- In a non stick pan gently fry the onion, courgette and sweet potato until potatoes go slightly soft add in mince beef and mushroom and gook until meat is brown.
- Boil tagliatelle for 10 mins or until soft and drain. In a separate pan pour in the tin tomatoes, pasata, garlic, mixed herbs and paprika. Stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 mins to activate flavours.
- Put the beef in a baking dish or tin (I use disposable ones) and flatten. Then put on the tagliatelle and then your sauce. Sprinkle cheese on the top and bake on 200°C for 20 mins.
