
Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cup assorted unsalted nuts (If you use the salted nuts, only add a dash of salt instead of teaspoons listed)
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp Maldon or other sea salt (if using unsalted nuts)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°. Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread on cookie sheet. Toast in oven about 10 min.
- In large bowl combine all other ingredients. Thoroughly toss toasted nuts with spiced butter and serve warm. And once you eat these, youll never want to stop.
