Recipe Skye's Bottom round steak

Ingredients :

• 3/4 lb bottom round steak
• 1 tsp Skye's steak seasoning see attached recipr
• 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method :

1. Season the steak with Skye"s steak seasoning. Add baslamic vinegar to a zip lock bag. Marinade the steaks in the zip lock bag.
2. When the fire on the grill is dying down good and hot add the steaks grill till done
3. Serve hope you enjoy
