Recipe Kales and Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup shredded kale
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TBSP plain yogurt
  • (protein powder optional)

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
