Ingredients :
- 2 packages keilbasa
- 12 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tbsp butter
- season salt
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- wide foil (I find its best to spray the foil with Pam or buy the foil that is non-stick)
Method :
- Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into slices.
- Slice onions
- Cut keilbasa into bite-size pieces
- Place 1/4 of each item into the middle of a piece of foil
- Add 1/2 tsp garlic and sprinkle season salt on top
- Add 1 tbls butter or margarine
- Fold foil in hald lenghtwise and seal. Then roll both ends until sealed tightly
- Place on pre-heated grill on low setting for 30 minutes. Remove from grill, open and enjoy
