Ingredients :
- 3 chicken breasts or more
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 Small sprinkle of seasoning salt
- sprinkle cayenne pepper
Method :
- Trim excess fat from chicken breast and rinse under cold water
- Season chicken breast. Marinade optional, I grilled right away.
- Grill on each side 2-4 minutes depending on the thickness of the breast..
- Remove from grill and let the meat rest for 4 minutes before slicing.
