Recipe Dodol

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams glutinous rice
  • 400 ml santan
  • 250 grams Malacca sugar
  • 100 ml water

Method :
  1. Boil Malacca sugar and water
  2. Mix and pour it into rest if the ingredients while it"s warm
  3. Use jam feature and kneed for 40 minutes
  4. Continue with Dough function for 10 minutes
