
Ingredients :
- 12 slice thick-cut applewood smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method :
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Combine all ingredients except bacon.
- Spread mixture on bacon with a spoon, using all mixture.
- Bake on wire rack in oven on 375° for 25 minutes. (Place wire rack on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil to catch grease.)
- Remove from oven. Set bacon on paper towels to cool and crisp.
