
Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup beer
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp worestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Method :
- combine ground beef ,salt ,and pepper, mix together in a bowl , then flat beef to 1 1/2 thick back on styrofoam tray, cut 3 even lines long way and cut 5 lines cross ways. this makes even size meatballs.
- cook meatballs in hot vegetable oil,in a sauce pan on medium heat, for 10 minutes, rolling meatballs to brown. now take out meatball place on paper towel. drain out oil ,pat sauce pan with paper towel for excess oil.
- while meat is cooking. make beer sauce, ...... combine next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, set a side till meatballs are cooked.
- now pour beer sauce mixture in same sauce pan that u cooked the meat in. add meatballs to sauce, simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. done enjoy! !!!!!!!!!
