
Ingredients :
- 2 pieces Rye muesli bread
- 1 Avocado
- Handful Red and green romaine and baby spinach, purple cabbage
- 2 cherry belle radish
Method :
- Roast two pieces of Rye bread for 2 minutes softer and if you need a crusty base, change the timing to 3 minutes.
- Find a soft ripe (Haas) avocado,Cut the avocado into two halves and mash until it turns into a paste like texture.
- Align the vegetables as the way you like.
- Use pomegranate sauce or squish little of lemon on the top start off your day, enjoy! 💐
