
Ingredients :
- 2 onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 3 habenero peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 can tomato paste
- 3 lime juice
- 5 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayane pepper
- 4 lb beef cubed to 1 inch ( best ribeye )
- 20 stick bamboo skewers
- 1 1/2 salt to taste
Method :
- Combine in a blender 1 onion, 1/4 green pepper, 3 habenero peppers, peanut butter, juice from 2 limes, 1 salt, 1 pepper, tomato paste, garlic cloves
- Marinate beef in juice of 1 lime for 2 hours
- Combine blended peanut sauce with meet after pouring off lime juice, allow to marinate for one hour
- Cut green pepper and onion into 1 inch squares
- Soak bamboo skewers to prevent burning during grilling
- Combine meat, onion and green pepper in kabob configuration
- Grill over flame cook till medium well and enjoy
