
Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 5 stalk celery, chopped
- 28 oz diced tomatoes, canned
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 15 oz beef stock
- 10 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 4 oz elbow pasta
Method :
- Saute garlic and onions in a skillet until fragrant, then brown ground beef
- Combine all ingredients except elbow pasta in a slow cooker
- Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or low for 8-10 hours
- Add elbow pasta a half hour before serving
