Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Method :
- Combine all ingredients together and transfer to an air tight container. May be stored up to six months.
- Apply generously to any pork cut that you intend to grill or smoke.
