Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl
- Trim excess fat from pork roast .
- Brush with honey glaze.
- Roast for 1 to 1 12 hours or until done brushing with additional glaze occasionally.
