
Ingredients :
- 1/2 head medium green cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 small carrot, peeled and julienned
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c mayo
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 T sweetener, optional
Method :
- In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and onion.
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to cabbage mixture and toss well. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
