
Ingredients :
- 2 box Mushrooms (at least 2 kinds)
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Whole milk or cream
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 box TJ's vegetable broth
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup sherry
Method :
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter
- Add sherry and reduce
- Add seasoning and flour once they start to caramelize
- Cook until golden to remove raw flour flavor
- Slowly stir in vegetable broth
- Process until smooth
- Add milk or cream and serve
