
Ingredients :
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 medium size tomato
- 50 grams cabbage
- 1 medium size cucumber
- 1 medium size bell pepper
- handful grapes
- handful coriander
- handful peanuts
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small lemon
Method :
- Chop all the veggies given.
- Roast the peanuts. And crush them.
- In a pan put a teaspoon of olive oil. Put chopped cabbage, bell pepper and carrot in it. Let it be cooked for about 2-3 minutes till carrot gets little bit soft.
- Now take all the vegetables in the bowl and put a pinch of salt and black pepper on it.
- Put the crushed peanuts in the salad.
- Squeeze half a lemon on the salad and mix it well.
