Ingredients :
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 1 salt
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 onion powder
- 4 sliced bacon
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 liquid smoke (dash)
Method :
- Fresh green string beans clean pull string sliced. You can buy can string beans as well. Chopped onions.mince garlic, red bell pepper chopped.. bacon dice. Add. Olive oil to a saucepan add onions, garlic, bell peppers saute tiil translucent. Add bacon saute till done add beans, vinegar, broth, balck pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dash liquid smoke. Simmering for 30 minutes. Serve with hot butter corn bread. Or hot water corn bread. On my next recipes
