Ingredients :
- 3 onions, sliced and quartered
- 4 oz garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 10 lb Pork butt or shoulder
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 extra hot chili pod
- 1 chipotle peper
Method :
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on high or until meat falls off bone.
- Cool once cooked then shred into small bite size shreds.
