Recipe Pastry cream / Creme pate

Resep Pastry cream / Creme pate

Ingredients :

  • 500 ml milk
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 45 g corn flour

Method :
  1. Heat together the milk, sugar and vanilla
  2. Mix together well the yolks and corn flour
  3. Bring the milk mix up to the boil and slowly mix into the egg and flour mix
  4. Return the mix to the heat and mix well until thickened DO NOT LET IT BOIL
  5. Remove from the heat, pass and chill it
