Ingredients :
- 1 can chili tomatoes with chilis
- Spaghetti noodles (I used gluten free)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp italian blend
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs leans ground chuck
- 1/2 onion chopped
- to taste Pepper
- 46 oz 100% vegetable juice
- 1 large can Bush's chili beans
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp cumin
Method :
- Brown beef add onion and spices, cook thoroughly. Do not drain, thats why it needs to be lean. Then add all other ingredients simmering for approximately an hour.
- Prepare noodles. Layer noodles, chili, and cheese. Yum. The variety of leftovers on this dish are endless!!!
