Ingredients :
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- Maggi
Method :
- Slice chicken into tenders.
- Smash the cloves of garlic.
- Put olive oil into pan, and turn to medium/medium low heat.
- Once pan is heated, add garlic.
- When garlic is slightly brown, add the chicken.
- Move garlic around to ensure contact with each chicken piece.
- Put a spritz of Maggi on the chicken.
- Put lid over pan with a slight opening, and cook on medium heat until the edges of top of chicken look cooked (white).
- Flip chicken, add another spritz of Maggi, and cover (slight opening) for another 4 minutes.
- Remove from pan and eat!
