Ingredients :
- 4 oz Mama Mary's Pizza Crust
- 3 oz chicken breast
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 1/8 cup red onion
- 2 tbsp pineapple
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring pan to medium heat.
- Season chicken with cumin and black pepper. Add to pan, and cook until 165°F.
- Spread red curry paste over pizza crust. Evenly spread cheese over top of curry paste.
- Wash veggies. Dice green pepper, yellow pepper, and red onion. Sprinkle veggies and pineapple over cheese.
- Remove chicken from heat, chop, and add over top of veggies.
- Cook in over for 10-12 minutes.
