Ingredients :
- 2 can coconut cream
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Place the cans of coconut cream in the fridge overnight
- When you take them out try not to shake to much.
- Spoon the thickened cream into bowl, try not get any of the water.
- Add vanilla and icing sugar to the cream
- Use electronic mixer to mix whip mixture till whipped
