
Ingredients :
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- to taste salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Garlic ginger paste
- 3 cups Mix Veggies (I used capsicum, carrot, deseeded tomatoes and onion)
- 1 cup Cooked Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Cooked Fusilli Pasta
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Method :
- To make sauce, add some butter in pan and melt. Add flour to pan and cook it with the butter until it"s mix well and light golden.
- Add milk to pan and stir it until it starts getting thicker. As soon as you see it start to boil, take it off the heat and add cheese. Mix well.
- Return to heat and now let cook it on low flame for few more mins. Add some black pepper and oregano with salt. Our sauce it ready. Set aside for now.
- Heat oil in another pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Add all veggies (I used capsicum, carrot, deseeded tomatoes and onion) and chicken and and cook for 2-3 mins. Don"t cook veggies thoroughly so they have some crunch left.
- Now add our boiled pasta in, and mix it well with veggies and chicken.
- Add little salt, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper. Add our creamy sauce into the pan.
- Give it really nice stir. Don"t cook it for too long. Serve it as hot as possible.
