
Ingredients :
- 32 grams Fresh mint or more if you have enough
- 60 ml hot water
- 60 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar sweetner or 15g sugar
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method :
- Take stalks off leaves and grind
- Add salt, blend few seconds, then add sugar and hot water and stir well
- Leave to completely cool then stir in the vinegar. If too strong add a little more water.
- Store in airtight jar in the fridge. I got 121 g total, 39 calories no sugar...
