Recipe Banana/Blueberry Protein Shake

Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Quick Rolled Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Any kind of milk you want
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Maple Syrup

Method :
  1. Blend in any kind of blender till ice cubes and frozen blueberries are blended.
